These General Terms and Conditions also regulate the deliveries of any product purchased by the User who has contacted the Supplier through the use of this website. By ordering a product, the User agrees to be legally bound by a purchase and sale contract regulated by these General Terms and Conditions and applicable law.

The website has a specialized focus, namely the sale of lighting fixtures, bulbs, and similar goods via the internet network through individual customer orders. All prices listed on this website include VAT and do not include delivery charges!
All prices are valid until stocks are depleted or until changes in the Supplier's price list occur. The Supplier reserves the right to change prices without prior notice to its users, as well as to correct erroneous technical and other parameters of the goods. Printing errors, differences in color visualization due to user computer configurations, and changes in product designs are possible. VIII. ORDERS

The User has the right to withdraw from the contract. The User may exercise the right to withdraw from a distance contract for financial services within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by the consumer or by a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the User – in the case of a sales contract.
IX. DELIVERY

The Supplier delivers the products ordered by the User to the address specified by the User. The Supplier carries out deliveries of the ordered products through selected courier companies. For each individual delivery, the Supplier provides a delivery price after the User has provided an address for the products to be delivered.

Immediately after delivery, the goods should be carefully inspected by the User or an authorized person. Any damages, impacts, or other losses should be reported promptly to the Supplier. In case damages incurred during the transportation of the goods are detected, the Supplier is not responsible for the warranty service of these goods. If an incorrect or erroneous address, contact person, and/or phone number are provided when submitting the request, the Supplier is not obligated to fulfill the order.

Upon delivery of the goods, the User or a third-party authorized person signs the accompanying documents. A third party is considered anyone who is not the titleholder of the application but accepts the delivery at the specified address provided by the User.
In case of refusal to receive the goods, except in the cases described below, the refusal is considered unjustified, and the User is liable to pay the delivery and return costs for the goods. If the User is not found at the specified address within the delivery time frame or if access and conditions for delivering the goods are not provided within this period, the Supplier is released from the obligation to deliver the requested purchased goods.
When the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to the goods requested for purchase by the User and this can be established through its ordinary inspection, the User may request that the delivered goods be replaced with goods corresponding to the purchase request made by them within 24 hours of receiving them.
X. WARRANTY
The Supplier provides a warranty document to its customers for a purchased product if such a document is provided by the manufacturer of the product. If no warranty document is provided by the manufacturer, the sales invoice serves as a replacement.
XI. COMPLAINTS
Complaint upon delivery, when the purchased goods do not correspond to the subject of the sales contract. Non-compliance may manifest as:
- Sending goods different from those ordered;
- Discovering missing parts from the order;
- Visible manufacturing defects;
- Damage during transportation.
The complaint should be made to the courier during the inspection of the goods. The User may, at their discretion:
- Completely refuse the delivery without owing payment, in which case the order is considered canceled;
- Allow the Supplier to correct the error through redelivery and pay the due amount after ensuring that the grounds for complaint have been eliminated.
The User must ensure that the contents of the order correspond to what was requested before accepting the shipment. Once the courier delivers the shipment to the customer, it is no longer possible to file a complaint for missing items in the order or damages during transportation. Complaints against sending goods different from those ordered or against visible manufacturing defects can be made within 15 calendar days of receiving the delivery.
XII. FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES

The Supplier shall not be liable to the User for the complete or partial non-performance of the delivery of the ordered product/s, including delays in delivery or defects and/or damage to the product, if it is due to "force majeure." "Force majeure" is understood to mean an extraordinary circumstance (event) that has occurred after the conclusion of the contract, could not have been foreseen, and is not dependent on the will of the parties, such as: fire, industrial accidents, military actions, natural disasters – storms, heavy rains, floods, hailstorms, earthquakes, icing, drought, landslides, and other natural disasters, embargo, government bans, strikes, riots, unrest, etc.

In case the Supplier becomes unable to fulfill its obligations due to a force majeure event, the Supplier undertakes to notify the User in writing of its occurrence within a 10-day period, as well as the presumed period of action and termination of the force majeure circumstance.
XIII. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
